Cancellation Policy

💳 Deposits & Booking: All appointments must be booked online, this is because a deposit is required to reserve your spot. The deposit goes toward your total at checkout and is not extra. For example, if your service is $150 and you paid a $50 deposit, you’ll only pay $100 at your appointment. 🕐 Cancellations & Rescheduling: If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will be forfeited. This protects the time I set aside just for you. If you cancel ahead of time (more than 24 hours), your deposit will be applied to your next booking. 📦 Packages: Packages apply to the service purchased and cannot be switched mid-treatment. You may request an upgrade or add-on (like face lymphatic), which can be added for a small fee if time allows. ➕ Add-Ons: All add-ons must be confirmed before the session starts. If we have time, we’ll extend your session. If not, we can modify your session within the booked time—but the add-on fee still applies. 📲 No Phone Bookings: To keep things smooth and organized, I do not accept bookings or reschedules by phone or DM. Everything is done online so your deposit and appointment are secured properly.
