6. Booking Fee/Retainer
A booking fee (labeled as a “deposit” at checkout by our booking system) is required to secure all appointments and is applied toward your service total.
This booking fee is a non-refundable retainer that compensates PURA Wellness Studio for reserving your appointment time and declining other potential bookings.
This fee is not a deposit for future services, but a payment for time reserved.
With 48+ hours notice, the retainer will remain on file as a credit and may be applied toward a future appointment or automatically transferred when rescheduling online.
Cancellations made within less than 48 hours, as well as no-shows, will result in forfeiture of the retainer.
Retainers are non-refundable and cannot be returned to the original form of payment.
7. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand life happens. We ask for at least 48 hours notice for all cancellations or rescheduling so we can offer your spot to another client. To cancel or reschedule open your booking confirmation email and click Manage Booking or log in at purawellnessstudio.com and go to My Bookings. Changes via text, DM, or phone are not valid and will not be processed.
∙ Cancellations with 48+ hours notice — deposit kept on file as credit toward your next appointment
∙ Cancellations within 48 hours — deposit fully forfeited, no exceptions
∙ No-shows and missed appointments — deposit fully forfeited, no exceptions
In the case of same-day illness one courtesy reschedule per client may be granted at PURA’s sole discretion. This is not guaranteed, is offered once per client, and will not be granted within 2 weeks of any package expiration.
8. Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time to receive your full treatment. Sessions begin and end at their scheduled time and cannot run over into the next client’s appointment.
∙ For 30-minute appointments arrivals 10+ minutes late will be considered a no-show
∙ For 60+ minute appointments arrivals 25+ minutes late will be considered a no-show
Deposit will be forfeited in all no-show cases. We appreciate your understanding as this allows us to serve every client at the highest level.
9. Payment Terms and Packages
All sales are final. No refunds shall be issued for services rendered, packages purchased, deposits paid, or missed appointments. A valid credit or debit card must be provided and stored securely at the time of booking.
All packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. The discounted rate applied to packages is granted based on commitment to the full series only and is not applicable to individual sessions. No refunds will be issued under any circumstance including after the first or any subsequent session has been used.
Each package carries a fixed expiration date from the date of purchase. Once expired all remaining sessions are permanently forfeited with no refund, credit, rollover, or extension granted. PURA Wellness Studio will not negotiate expiration terms after purchase under any circumstance.
∙ One courtesy reschedule for same-day illness per package may be granted at PURA’s sole discretion — not valid within 2 weeks of expiration
∙ Cancellations with 48+ hours notice are returned to your package
∙ Late cancellations, no-shows, and missed sessions are permanently forfeited with no credit or replacement granted
∙ Packages may only be used by the purchasing client and may not be shared, gifted, or transferred to any other person.
10. Chargebacks and Disputes
Client agrees not to initiate chargebacks or credit card disputes for services rendered, missed appointments, late cancellation fees, or prepaid packages. Any grievances must be communicated in writing to PURA Wellness Studio for review and potential resolution. Client acknowledges that initiating a chargeback without following this procedure constitutes a breach of this Agreement.
