This beautiful patient underwent a deep plane facelift, but her surgeon didn’t believe in post-operative lymphatic massage. By the time she found me, she was already 2 months post-op, struggling with visible swelling, under-chin hardness, and early-stage fibrosis.

Let’s talk about why post-op care is essential:

1. Early lymphatic massage = faster recovery.
After surgery, fluid builds up under the skin. Without proper drainage, this fluid can harden and turn into fibrosis — thick, ropey scar tissue that’s hard to break down and uncomfortable to live with.
