Cancellation Policy

Before You Book A booking fee is required to secure your appointment and is applied toward your service total — think of it as paying a portion of your session in advance. This booking fee is a non-refundable retainer that reserves your appointment time. It is not returned to the original payment method. With 48+ hours notice, your retainer will remain as a credit toward your next visit or will automatically transfer when rescheduling online — so it never goes to waste. Cancellations & Rescheduling- To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please use the “Manage Booking” link in your confirmation email. This system is available 24/7 for your convenience. Requests via text, phone, or DM are not processed as everything is automated ⸻ Cancellations & Rescheduling We understand that life happens and appreciate your consideration for our time and other clients. Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. • 30-minute appointments — 10+ minutes late is considered a no-show • 60+ minute appointments — 25+ minutes late is considered a no-show The booking fee will be retained. This allows us to stay on schedule and provide each client with a full experience. ⸻ Packages Packages are offered at a discounted rate based on commitment to a treatment series. • All sales are final • Non-refundable and non-transferable • Expire on the date stated at purchase • No extensions or rollovers • Sessions canceled with less than 48 hours notice or missed are forfeited ⸻ Booking Policy All appointments and changes must be made online through your confirmation email or member account. ⸻ Important Please ensure you are a suitable candidate before booking. PURA Wellness Studio reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is not safe or appropriate based on your health or condition at the time of your appointment. If treatment cannot be performed due to undisclosed contraindications, the retainer will be forfeited. If the situation is outside of your control, a credit may be offered at PURA’s discretion.
