Cancellation Policy

Before You Book: A booking fee is required to reserve your appointment and is applied toward your service total. This fee is a non-refundable retainer that secures your appointment time and is not returned to the original payment method. 48 hours means 2 full days before your scheduled appointment time. Rescheduling 48+ hours in advance: Your retainer will automatically transfer to your new appointment when rescheduling online. Cancelling 48+ hours in advance: If you choose to cancel instead of reschedule, the retainer is forfeited and cannot be held as future credit. Within 48 hours: No changes can be made within 48 hours of your appointment. Cancellations, reschedules, and no-shows will result in forfeiture of the retainer. Example: If your appointment is Friday at 1:00 PM, any changes must be made by Wednesday at 1:00 PM. Making Changes All cancellations and rescheduling must be completed through the “Manage Booking” link in your confirmation email or your online account. Requests by text, phone, email, or social media cannot be processed. Late Arrivals • 30-minute appointments: 10+ minutes late = no-show • 60+ minute appointments: 15+ minutes late = no-show Packages Package sessions are non-refundable, non-transferable, and expire on the date stated at purchase. Missed sessions or sessions canceled with less than 48 hours notice are forfeited. Important PURA Wellness Studio reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is not safe or appropriate based on your health or condition at the time of your appointment. If treatment cannot be performed due to undisclosed contraindications, the retainer will be forfeited. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to the full Booking Policy.
