Before You Book A booking fee is required to secure your appointment and is applied toward your service total — think of it as paying a portion of your session in advance. This booking fee is a non-refundable retainer that reserves your appointment time. It is not returned to the original payment method. With 48+ hours notice, your retainer will remain as a credit toward your next visit or will automatically transfer when rescheduling online — so it never goes to waste.
