A deposit is required to secure all appointments and is applied toward your service total. We require 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Changes made within 24 hours will result in deposit forfeiture. Appointments are reserved for your specific scheduled time, not from arrival time. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time to ensure we remain respectful of the next client’s appointment. Late arrivals will result in shortened treatment time. Clients must follow all pre and post care guidance. Treatment may be refused if it is not safe or clinically appropriate to proceed.
